Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

I wish I knew then what I know now! I never really knew the meaning of that saying until the past couple of years. I now know that muscles can leave you in chronic debilitating pain.
Once they get in a knot, they won’t let up until you relieve that tension. If you keep working it, it will get more painful and can leave you in a debilitating state. Muscles can be locked up in pain for weeks, month, even years! Like arthritis leaves people in a debilitating state, so can muscles.

I was a price changer for a grocery store. We had to manually price pop, chips, cans etc. Some days I might have had to take a couple hundred large bottles of pop off the shelf, take the price off of each one, put the new price on and put them back on the shelf. Then do the same thing in the chip isle, then the cans and on and on for 8 solid hours. I manually moved and priced thousands of items a day. I could change twice as many items as the other girls, I was fast and efficient. In between that I was called to cash to ring through and bag carts full of

Talk about repetitious work day after day, week after week, year after year. It’s no wonder I ended up with chronic muscle pain and tendonitis. I wonder if this is a root of Fibromyalgia? To this day any repetitious work leaves me in debilitating pain.

I then fell at work and I ended up with chronic neck, lower back and hip pain but kept on working. I then became ill internally and it ended in chronic pain in all the muscles and joints in my body. They said it was tendonitis and eventually
Fibromyalgia and Lupus. Not once did they find the injuries, they just looked for labels to name my pain with so they could treat me with medications. Is it a chain of events that lead to Fibromyalgia?

Repetitious work leads to injuries of the muscles and tendonitis from over use. Stretching exercises should be integrated in these type of jobs to prevent these type of injuries especially when it is well known that it causes these types of chronic pain.

I then had 20 years of the medication, pain pills, injections, chiropractors, massage therapists, specialist and on and on and on and you know what? The pain always came back. Nothing ever worked to get rid of the pain permanently but was making a lot of people wealthy. I was getting more and more pain and
symptoms everyday. I was becoming weak and depressed, stomach aches and many other symptoms. A mere shadow of myself.

If I could give a piece of personal advice that might save you a lot of pain and maybe you liver from too many pain pills. If you are one of those people who has one of those repetitive jobs
and you have pain, tendonitis or Fibromyalgia you need to learn to pace yourself and relieve that pain and tension before it becomes chronic.

The best thing I have found is to stretch that muscle out once you feel pain or feel it getting tense. If the stretch isn’t enough you need to ice it and stop adding to injury, don’t
keep working it. Change what you are doing or find a different way to do it.  Get up and stretch the painful wrist, elbow or shoulder before it gets into a ball of pain. Get to know your pain and try to find the cause instead of treating it with medications first. There could be a simple solution to avoid it. It is like treating a sliver in your hand with Tylenol because it hurts, why not just pull it out?

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

FDA reported death after the first dose of Multiple Sclerosis drug GILENYA (fingolimod)

Things you should know if you are taking this drug:

– may cause serious side effects such as:

  – slow heart rate (bradycardia), which may be related to slowed conduction of electrical impulses from the upper chambers of the hear to the lower chambers of
he heart. These effects usually do not cause symptoms, but they can cause dizziness, fatigue, and palpitations.

Hm?? Are dizziness, fatigue and palpitations not symptoms?

– slowing of the heart rate mostly occurs after the first dose, and usally returns to normal within one month after you start taking the drug.

– Dizziness

– Slow or irregular heart beat or palpiations

Does that report make any sense to you?

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

Now that all the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over, the pain and fatigue sets in for people with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, cancer, arthritis or any other chronic pain. Over use and abuse of certain muscles, mental and physical stress and the wrong kinds of food will do it.

What we can do now is sit back and take a good look to identify the cause for the excess pain so we can avoid repeating it next year.

– get yourself a yearly planner

– plan to start shopping earlier, listen throughout the year for hints of what they like and put it in your planner.

– you can spread the financial burden of the big Christmas bill by buying a gift every month from now to next year and you can have it wrapped and tucked away for the big day.

– delegate some of the work that causes you the most pain

– when you start to experience pain, stop what you are doing and stretch the muscle that is overworked before it gets into a big ball of pain

– ice the sore muscle or injury

– exercise such as walking or dancing gets our blood and thyroid moving, it also works out a lot of kinks and pains. Go for it!

– hot showers work out a lot of pain and kick starts a sluggish thyroid

– epson salt baths helps ease pain as well as detoxifies

– plan healthier choices for food! I don’t believe we should eat foods that cause us pain or symptoms, then take a pill to settle the upset. Find foods that work with your body’s needs to what makes it feel good rather than feeling ill. Be brave, learn to resist it if it is going to leave you in pain! Is it really worth the suffereing?

Food is definitely my poison and I can experience severe pain and the strangest symptoms when I eat certain things.

The book one mans food is another mans poison is a really great book everyone should read to understand your blood type – food connection. It opened my eyes to relating what was going on in my body and mood to certain foods I was eating. It took me many years to learn that many of my symptoms were food related, others were mechanical and some from the weather itself. Who knew that the mucous I coughed up was from eating dairy? Or the tingling hands and feet were from the flour I ate. As a kid, I thought it was normal to have a headache and a stomach ache. Now I just removed certain foods and I don’t suffer anymore. If I only knew then, what I know now.

The head pain I now have is from the TMJ a dentist gave me from a botched implant. I could have taken Tylenol for the rest of my life and it would never correct the problem. I think more people should consider their teeth and jaw position when having headaches or head pain. I have severe pain in the joint just under my right ear and up the side of my head. My dentist is working to correct my jaw position and the pain is starting to subside.

Learn what is causing your pain or symptom, if it is food, simply try to avoid it, if it is an activity, find another way, spread the activity out or get someone else to do it. We are all different and different foods cause different reactions in certain blood types. Get to know what ails you!

There are many other choices out there and we have found many wonderful foods to replace the old white flour, dairy, fried food and sugar diets. Try to make a change for the good this year!

– the all popular chocolate can cause a plugged colon, very constipating to some people yet they will still eat it, then take laxatives for it not realizing that it is from the chocolate. Chocolate is good for you but not most you see at the stores, they are nothing more than loads of sugar, not so healthy!

– dairy can cause pain and diarrhea

– flour can cause a host of symptoms you wouldn’t believe

– sugar can cause a plethora of health problems and a lot of sugar is genetically modified beet cane sugar now

– chemicals in food like msg and aspartame can cause a lot of health problems

– the weather is something out of our control. I can’t function in the rain, it leaves me weak and frail and in pain in all my joints. For those of you who have a lot of money and a lot of pain in the damp weather, the only thing I have found that offers some hope so far is farabloc clothing but I haven’t tried it. I think it would work though.

Sometimes the reason for pain is not so obvious though. For example, I never knew why I was in such severe pain for days after we traveled long distances in the truck. It was because every bump on the road was pounding the heck of my damaged coccyx. Also from having a twisted pelvis all the bouncing of the truck yanked away at the muscles around my hip and spine, so I could barely walk for days. The doctors just blamed it on the Fibromyalgia.

I now have a pillow with the coccyx out of it or a long skinny pillow tucked under my right sits bone helps save me days of severe pain.

I had so much pain throughout my body I couldn’t zero in on the cause of any one particular pain, so they labelled it all Fibromyalgia. It took me 20 years to finally get to the bottom of each pain and symptom! Once you understand it, you can better deal with it! Don’t ever give up to finding the exact reason for your pain. Being in the dark won’t help you regain your health, nor will never ending prescriptions.

Getting to know your pain is half the battle! Once you learn to recognize the triggers that make it worse, you can try to avoid getting to that point where it becomes that agonizing, nauseating pain that is unbearable.

Aspirin is widely used for pain, it originated from white willow bark, salicin. We didn’t like the bitter taste so we synthesized it into a chemical mixture and called it aspirin. Most medications are discoveries from Mother Nature anyways, they just synthesize the healing properties and make it in a lab. Why not take the real thing? I don’t understand why we want to make everything into a chemical so we can profit, even at the expense of the planet and the people. We are making it a plastic world.

Why don’t we go back to Mother Nature and save the people and the planet? Be kind to your body and the planet this year!

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

When you experience the severe, debilitating muscle pain and draining fatigue of Fibromyalgia you will seek anything to find relief. I have tried almost everything with no avail so my journey has taken a change in a new direction. Big hopes and promises that this drug is going to work, only to be led into more disappointment.

I have lost hope to any possibility of recovery what so ever with the medical system. If I want to take heavy drugs for the rest of my life then they can certainly help there. Health care has failed me over and over with their drug therapy causing an array of side effects from rashes, nausea, bloody diarrhea, vomiting blood, morning hangovers, spacey feeling, Anaphylaxis shock, low heart rate, stomach aches, headaches, nausea, depression and on and on. I have only ever been looking for a return of my health, not a
long term drug plan. That is the frustration I am hearing from a lot of people.

When you are searching for more than a band aide effect it becomes very discouraging in our current health care system when their only answers are drugs, surgery or chemo.

Natural therapies work but they are not covered under drug plans so they become a matter of affordability to most modern families. So does that mean health is only for
the wealthy? The uncanny thing is the outrageous prices of some of the drugs when the actual cost is only pennies.

I threw them all away and started going to a natural therapy. I went to a Chiropractor to see where that would take me. For 1 year and 8 months I have been doing intense Chiropractic care 2 to 3 times a week with an intense
stretching  and exercise routine 2 to 3 times a day. I was becoming dependent on this chiropractor. I am now totally fit but the pain keeps returning in my neck, middle back, lower spine and right hip down to my toe. Muscle pain from head to toe. The more he manipulated me, the more I needed manipulated. I lived on ice!

This was all great, my spine is so straight, he could help
relieve some muscle pain but it always returned. They are not a permanent solution for anyone with Fibromyalgia, a coccyx injury or a twisted pelvis. So for muscle pain or from the butt down, forget it.

I then tried massage. Massage helps temporarily with some of the muscle pain but not all of it either and I had a fairly big bruise after. It is very expensive and you have to keep going back to find relief. Neither are permanent solutions. To be honest, I think my Chiropractor was treating me too much and I think they have the ability to manipulate you in the right way to make sure you return. Passive income right.

I have suffered for over 21 years from something that began with a fall. I asked over and over if there was damage from the fall but everyone
said it was just Fibromyalgia. What the heck was Fibromyalgia anyways? I had a serious fall on my tailbone, I felt my neck go scrunch, I suffered neck, shoulder, spine, lower back, leg, arms and hip pain ever since. That developed into muscle pain throughout the body.

I have found the biggest problem with doctors is that they really don’t listen to their patients. They know it all and group you in a certain category and treat you accordingly. Tell me, since no two humans are alike, how can we be treated alike?

I went to doctor after doctor after specialist after specialist. I went to one of the best care facilities in Toronto to get a second opinions to my chronic pain that had no solutions, no plan, no answers. I didn’t get much further, I was offered Cymbalta, injections of nerve block into my spine, or an array of other drugs. I know the past 21 years of drugs left me weak, sick internally, constant feeling like I wanted to throw up, adrenals almost ready to shut down and an overall general sense of well being had vanished. I felt death was knocking on my door early and I had to do
something if I wanted to see my grandchildren.

I finally discovered on my own that I have a twisted pelvis. It makes so much sense now. It contributes to a whole lot of muscle pain, my lower back, sciatica, leg and hip pain. All the doctors, specialists, rheumatologist, chiropractors, massage therapy, osteopaths, internist I went to and not one of them noticed my twisted pelvis, yet there was always an offer of drugs. Hmm.

The point of sharing this story is one of a long, wildly painful
journey of doctors, specialists, drugs, side effects, anaphylactic shock, misdiagnose, near death by doctors, and on and on that could be prevented. I am an example of being ill at the hands of my physicians. Have you shared similar experiences? I don’t think I would live very long with the long term drugs they want me to be on.

My journey has changed to a corrective therapy called Esodynamics, a naturaltherapist who works on the body to correct itself. They don’t force your body into place like the chiropractor does an that is why I am not living
on ice anymore. I am feeling relief in pain that is lasting! I am not living on ice anymore, I am feeling relief without drugs and I have hope for once that I might be able to fix my twisted pelvis providing there is no nerve damage. I have less pain in hip hop and belly dance classes now on those days that have low humidity that is. See, with Fibromyalgia, there are multiple factors and multiple things going on. Those days with humidity, I still become a 90 years old with debilitating and fatiguing pain but to feel good for a day here and there is amazing! Every time I go, I feel better and stronger. Until I say that’s it, I won’t give up on becoming pain free and neither should you. Never, ever give up hope!!!

Flu Shot Recall –

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

I was wondering how many new cases of Fibromyalgia are diagnosed after flu shot are injected. There was a major recall in the UK from Baxter of 300,000 apparently tainted doses of the Preflucel Influenza Vaccine and guess what the side effects are:

– fatigue

– muscle pain

– headache

Sounds similar to Fibromyalgia? That is why I wonder if Fibro is a man made disease. The further I get away from drugs and chemicals in my food, home, body and hair care products, the better I feel. The more I cleanse the toxins and drugs out of
my system the better I am looking as well and bonus, I am losing my wrinkles too. : ) So, something to look forward to, free radical damage can be reversed. Don’t accept that you are aging early or quickly or that’s the way it is. It doesn’t have to be.

In 2009 Baxter was caught inserting Avian flu virus into flu shots.

Is it just a slap on the back of the hand for these crimes and all is forgotten? If they were caught doing that, it is a crime. I
am glad I don’t get the flu shot, it seems like a Russian roulette on what you are going to get inside that needle.

Have you noticed the commercials lately? One commercial is pushing truth in advertising, the next telling people the flu shot builds their immunity.  I don’t notice them explaining exactly how. I don’t believe it, I would really like to see the proof of that one. We are all entitled to our opinions. Everyone I know that gets the flu shot, get the flu, I don’t. I don’t want to be the one who gets that tainted batch, do you? There is enough of a cocktail of god only knows what, from god only knows where inside that.

Are we becoming zombies like Mike Adams puts it? Being sucked in by what the media says. Oprah says, Dr Phil says, Dr Oz says, The Doctors say, the FDA says, the government says, big pharma says……so we run out and do it. Did anyone notice
they are the ones with the money and the health and we are broke and sickly? I’ll bet they eat organic!

Have you suffered side effects after your flu shot or any other shots such as swine flu? Write in comments.

It is not just US, it is in Canada and all over the world. If we put it all the side effects together from the world on each drug, it is a really big problem.

Evidence the superbug was bioengineered to produce human fatalities.

Gardasil HPV vaccine sold in United States, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Poland and France contaminated.

The swine flu is even being used as spam material to hawk fake pharmaceuticals. (2009 article)

800,000 flu shots recalled

Dr Mercola is finding some good evidence that Splenda could be the cause of the increase in IBD or inflammatory bowel disease since Canada was the first to approve it in 1991.  Canada has the highest incidence of IBD. I firmly believe that food can cause
major inflammation in the body. I am wondering if the wheat I was eating was causing my Lupus state. My ANA was 1:320 and when I took wheat and dairy out of my diet my ANA went down. I gave up prescriptions and added natural supplements and it is 1:2 now so I must be doing something right.

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

I just read a great article about drug induced Fibromyalgia from anti-depressants and psychotropic drugs. Here I quote from Beyond Meds Alternatives to Psychiatry.

This is the kind of information I am trying to recover is the after affects of prescription drugs from the guinea pigs, er, sorry, I meant from the people.

Do we know the long term effects of these toxic drugs? What are they doing to the rest of your body, mind, organs and soul? Who are they really helping beside making big pharma rich? When I hear FDA approved, I cringe. The toxic police approve! Yay, for their bank account, nay for the people. Their drugs sure did a number on me.

Please report your side effects!

“The drugs used to treat bipolar and depression often CAUSE PAIN. Many people never realize it’s iatrogenesis, drug induced-illness, and they call it fibromyalgia instead. If a large number never figure out the meds are causing it
they simply think they have another disease and rather than coming off the offending meds, end up adding even more meds to fight the pain.”

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

I was just reading the side effect my fellow Fibromyalgia sufferers are getting from Cymbalta. It is bad enough to experience pain and suffering without answers but when the doctors add to injury by giving medications that cause illness it can lead to desperation. I know how painful it can be on it’s own but to experience more pain by the hands of your health care provider it can be overwhelming. You are desperate to find answers, instead you get more pain.

Here is a list of side effects the women are experiencing from the forum on healingwell.com:

– feeling funny

– my first week was nearly torture – severe nausea, headaches, tight throat, dizziness, insomnia, etc.

– I had a life threatening reaction from the first dose

– I had a friend who switched to nights because it made her drowsy, now she has trouble falling asleep

– no real change in pain yet but even if it wouldn’t make much difference in that area I think I would still keep taking them cause of the energy and buzz they give me

– my doctor today told me I must go off Cymbalta (gradually) because my BP is extremely high. My heart is beating very oddly, sort of like irregular swoshing. He did not like that my throat was still tight either.

I didn’t hear anyone say it did anything for their pain.

Here is the new criteria for Fibromyalgia:

Do you ever pay attention to aspirin and tylenol commercials? Doctor prescribed so it is okay to take an aspirin a day. People enjoying their life once again dancing around, running, doing sports again, all because of these great pain killers. Like this magic dust that covers our insides with goodness and joy so we can live once again!

I think it is misleading the younger generation and they are taking them like candy because of false beliefs that they are good for you, they won’t harm you or if one is good, two, three, or four must be even better. They mix them with other pills, this new red bull craze or alcohol. How else can we spell disaster?

We need to follow those commercials with the side effects, liver failure, addictions and death statistics that these pills lead to. Get the facts! Please read these facts:

Could Fibromyalgia be a disease of fluoride poisoning? I was reading this old article about Fluoride causing a serious muscle disease that causes pain and weakness as well as thyroid disorders and heart disease. A lot of medications are filled with fluoride.

Cures That Kill? August 17, 2001 By Patricia Phillips Senior US Correspondent

7amNews has learned that many medications are packing a potentially lethal hidden dose of fluoride, a chemical that some claim is slow poison. Over the past several years, numerous fluoride-containing medications have been pulled off the market for causing deaths and illness.

Fluoride is “highly toxic to the liver,” expert Andreas Schuld of Vancouver, BC Canada said.

Schuld, head of Parents of Fluoride Poisoned Children, explained that “In the liver all fluorides interfere with the metabolism of thyroid hormones, creating thyroid disorders and associated diseases, such as muscle diseases ….heart disease, etc.” Other effects can include a serious muscle disease that causes pain and weakness.

Read the whole story and a list of medications that have been pulled off the shelf because of cardiac problems, thyroid and  at:

“Going to a psychiatrist has become one of the most dangerous things a person can do.”–Peter Breggin, M.D.

Erectile dysfunction and loss of libido are becoming more prevalent. I am simply compiling a list of anything I find that could possibly cause erectile dysfunction or loss of libido from case studies, personal experiences and side effect list from manufacturers and FDA. If you have anything to add, please let me know and I will add it to the list. Perhaps you can find something that you weren’t aware of that could be contributing to your ED. Of course there are always physiological and psychological factors but what else can cause it?  There are prescription drugs, over the counter drugs, street drugs, chemicals, mental stress, physical stress and food to name a few.

So far I have found lots, no wonder it is such a big problem:
