Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia fact sheet

What is fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia (fye-bro-mye-AL-ja) is a disorder that causes aches and pain all over the body. People with fibromyalgia also have “tender points” throughout their bodies. Tender points are specific places on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms, and legs that hurt when pressure is put on them.

What are the symptoms of fibromyalgia?

In addition to pain, people with fibromyalgia could also have:

  • Cognitive and memory problems (sometimes called “fibro fog”)
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Morning stiffness
  • Headaches
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Painful menstrual periods
  • Numbness or tingling of hands and feet
  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Temperature sensitivity
  • Sensitivity to loud noises or bright lights

How common is fibromyalgia? Who is mainly affected?

Fibromyalgia affects as many as 5 million Americans ages 18 and older. Most people with fibromyalgia are women (about 80 – 90 percent). However, men and children also can have the disorder. Most people are diagnosed during middle age.

Fibromyalgia can occur by itself, but people with certain other diseases, such
as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other types of arthritis, may be more likely to who have it. Individuals have a close relative with fibromyalgia are more likely to develop it themselves.

What causes fibromyalgia?

The causes of fibromyalgia are not known. Researchers think a number of factors might be involved. Fibromyalgia can occur on its own, but has also been linked to:

  • Having a family history of fibromyalgia
  • Being exposed to stressful or traumatic events, such as
    • Car accidents
    • Injuries to the body caused by
performing the same action over and over again (called “repetitive”
      injuries)
    • Infections or illnesses
    • Being sent to war

How is fibromyalgia diagnosed?

People with fibromyalgia often see many doctors before being diagnosed. One reason for this may be that pain and fatigue, the main symptoms of fibromyalgia, also are symptoms of many other conditions. Therefore, doctors often must rule out other possible causes of these symptoms before diagnosing fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia cannot be found by a lab test.

A doctor who knows about fibromyalgia, however, can make a diagnosis based upon two criteria:

  1. A history of widespread pain lasting more than 3 months. Pain must be present in both the right and left sides of the body as well as above and below the waist.
  2. Presence of tender points. The body has 18 sites that are possible tender points. For fibromyalgia diagnosis a person must have 11 or more tender points. For a point to be
“tender,” the patient must feel pain when pressure is put on the site. People who have fibromyalgia may feel pain at other sites, too, but those 18 sites on the body are used for diagnosis.

Your doctor may try to rule out other causes of your pain and fatigue. Testing for some of these things may make sense to you. For instance, you may find it reasonable that your doctor wants to rule out rheumatoid arthritis, since that disease also causes pain. Testing for other conditions — such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, or sleep apnea — may make less lupus, sense to you. But fibromyalgia can mimic or even overlap many other conditions. Talk with your doctor. He or she can help you understand what each test is for and how each test is part of making a final diagnosis

How is fibromyalgia treated?

Fibromyalgia can be hard to treat. It’s important to find a doctor who has treated others with fibromyalgia. Many family doctors, general internists, or rheumatologists can treat fibromyalgia. Rheumatologists are doctors who treat arthritis and other conditions that affect the joints and soft tissues.

Treatment often requires a team approach. The team may include your doctor, a physical therapist, and possibly other health care providers. A pain or rheumatology clinic can be a good place to get treatment. Treatment for fibromyalgia may include the following:

  • Pain management. Three medicines have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat fibromyalgia. These are pregabalin (Lyrica), duloxetine (Cymbalta), and milnacipran (Savella). Other medications are being developed and may
also receive FDA approval in the future. Your doctor may also suggest non-narcotic pain relievers, low-dose antidepressants, or other classes of medications that might help improve certain symptoms.
  • Sleep management. Getting the right amount of sleep at night may help improve your symptoms. Here are tips for good sleep:
    • Keep regular sleep habits. Try to get to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every day — even on weekends and vacations.
    • Avoid caffeine and alcohol in the late afternoon and evening.
    • Time your exercise. Regular daytime exercise can improve nighttime sleep. But avoid exercising within 3 hours of bedtime, which can be stimulating, keeping you awake.
    • Avoid daytime naps. Sleeping in the afternoon can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you feel you cannot get by without a nap, set an alarm for 1 hour. When it goes off, get up and start moving.
    • Reserve your bed for sleeping. Watching the late news, reading a suspense novel, or working on your laptop in bed can stimulate you, making it hard to sleep.
    • Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool.
    • Avoid liquids and spicy meals before bed. Heartburn and late-night trips to the bathroom do not lead to good sleep.
    • Wind down before bed. Avoid working right up to bedtime. Do relaxing activities, such as listening to soft music or taking a warm bath, that get you ready to sleep. (A warm bath also may soothe aching muscles.)
  • Psychological support. Living with a chronic condition can be hard on you. If you have fibromyalgia, find a support group. Counseling sessions with a trained counselor may improve
    your understanding of your illness.
  • Other treatments. Complementary therapies may help you. Talk to your physician before trying any alternative treatments. These include:
    • Physical therapy
    • Massage
    • Myofascial release therapy
    • Water therapy
    • Light aerobics
    • Acupressure
    • Applying heat or cold
    • Acupuncture
    • Yoga
    • Relaxation exercises
    • Breathing techniques
    • Aromatherapy
    • Cognitive therapy
    • Biofeedback
    • Herbs
    • Nutritional supplements
    • Osteopathic or chiropractic manipulation

What can I do to try to feel better?

Besides taking medicine prescribed by your doctor, there are many things you can do to lessen the impact of fibromyalgia on your life. These include:

  • Getting enough sleep. Getting enough sleep and the right kind of sleep can help ease the pain and fatigue of fibromyalgia. Most adults need seven to eight hours of “restorative”
sleep per night. Restorative sleep leaves you feeling well-rested and ready for your day to start when you wake up. It is hard for people with fibromyalgia to get a good night’s sleep. It is important to discuss any sleep problems with your doctor, who can recommend treatment for them.
  • Exercising. Although pain and fatigue may make exercise and daily activities difficult, it is
crucial to be as physically active as possible. Research has repeatedly shown that regular exercise is one of the most effective treatments for fibromyalgia. People who have too much pain or fatigue to do hard exercise should just begin to move more and become more active in routine daily activities. Then they can begin with walking (or other gentle exercise) and
build their endurance and intensity slowly.
  • Making changes at work. Most people with fibromyalgia continue to work, but they may have to make big changes to do so. For example, some people cut down the number of hours they work, switch to a less demanding job, or adapt a current job. If you face
obstacles at work, such as an uncomfortable desk chair that leaves your back aching or difficulty lifting heavy boxes or files, your employer may make changes that will enable you to keep your job. An occupational therapist can help you design a more comfortable workstation or find more efficient and less painful ways to lift. A number of federal laws protect the rights of people with disabilities.
  • Eating well. Although some people with fibromyalgia report feeling better when they eat or avoid certain foods, no specific diet has been proven to influence fibromyalgia. Of course, it is important to have a healthy, balanced diet. Not only will proper nutrition give you more energy and make you generally feel better, it will also help you avoid other health problems.

Will fibromyalgia get better with time?

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition, meaning it lasts a long time — possibly a lifetime. However, it may be comforting to know that fibromyalgia is not a progressive disease. It is never fatal, and it will not cause damage to the joints, muscles, or internal organs. In many people, the condition does improve over time.

What is the difference between fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue
syndrome?

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia are alike in many ways. In fact, it is not uncommon for a person to have both fibromyalgia and CFS. Some experts believe that fibromyalgia and CFS are in fact the same disorder, but expressed in slightly different ways. Both CFS and fibromyalgia have pain and fatigue as symptoms.

The main symptom of CFS is extreme tiredness. CFS often begins after having flu-like symptoms. But people with CFS do not have the tender points that people with fibromyalgia have. To be diagnosed with CFS, a person must have:

  1. Extreme fatigue for at least 6 months that cannot be explained by medical tests and
  2. At least 4 or more of the following symptoms:
    • Forgetting things or having a hard time focusing
    • Feeling tired even after sleeping
    • Muscle pain or aches
    • Pain or aches in joints without swelling or redness
    • Feeling discomfort or “out-of-sorts” for more than 24 hours after being active
    • Headaches of a new type, pattern, or strength
    • Tender lymph nodes in the neck or under the arm
    • Sore throat

What if I can’t work because of fibromyalgia?

Many experts in fibromyalgia do not suggest patients go on disability. These experts have found that if patients stop working, they:

  • Stop moving as much during the day
  • Lose contact with co-workers
  • Lose a “sense of purpose” in life

All of these things can make a patient feel more alone and depressed. These three things tend to make fibromyalgia symptoms worse. Deciding to go on disability is a hard choice that you should talk about with your doctor or nurse.

However, if you cannot work because of your fibromyalgia, contact the Social Security Administration for help with disability benefits. You may qualify for disability benefits through your employer or the Federal Government. Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Insurance (SSI) are the largest Federal programs providing financial assistance to people with disabilities. Although the medical requirements for eligibility are the same under the two programs, the way they are funded is different. SSDI is paid by Social Security taxes, and those who qualify for assistance receive benefits based on how much they have paid into the system. SSI is funded by general tax revenues, and those who qualify receive payments based on financial need. For information about the SSDI and SSI programs, contact the Social Security Administration at
800-772-1213.

What research is being done on fibromyalgia?

The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases sponsors research to help understand fibromyalgia and find better ways to diagnose, treat, and prevent it. Researchers are studying:

  • Why people with fibromyalgia feel a lot of pain
  • How exercise can help patients withfibromyalgia
  • Medicines and behavioral treatments

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia – What worked in 2012, Where They Are Going in 2013

Here is one Doctor who gets it! Dr Edward Connelly Medical Director of the fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Autoimmune Clinic in Michigan has found with hundreds of patients that they have multiple things going on with them.

This is what I have been stressing with Fibromyalgia, please go get your free copy of Relieving Body Pain From Disease Naturally.

I moved on from traditional medicine and have slowly found multiple things wrong, exactly what
he is talking about, low adrenals, low thyroid, no progesterone, gluten sensitivity, dairy sensitivity, injury and on and on. Keep looking for answers and don’t ever give up! Each step you discover will lead you to find your health balance.

He has helped people improve their energy, reduce their pain, reduce their inflammation and recover a more normal life.

What I found most interesting with this doctor is the findings with virus and bacteria. I worked in a grocery
store and always wondered if I caught something from handling all the raw meat, fruits and vegetables from foreign countries. After a fall which broke down my immunity, I started to get a sore throat and flu like symptoms for weeks which led to all kinds of chronic infections and ended up with chronic pain in all my joints and muscles.

He say 2012 should be labelled the year of the parasite. He has found more parasites in the last year than in the past 25 years of practice with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Auto-immune disease.

The reason is a new stool study that has been extraordinary in detecting the parasites that he knew had been there but had never been able to identify.

He wrote the book “American Exhaustion”. He says that a study shows that 80% of people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue has parasites but he didn’t believe it until now. He says if you developed Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue after a GI illness you must have this stool study.

He also continues to study chronic yeast overgrowth which is important for inflammation and chronic
fatigue, food allergies and gluten which he has found many with hidden gluten allergies that gluten was a source of inflammation, their pain and sometimes a source of their chronic fatigue. Either their doctors didn’t check them or they only did the blood test.  Now they have an exciting saliva test.

He also found most people with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue had worn down adrenal function. That they were able to re-evaluate through a special urine test. The adrenals make cortisone and although sterile,  DHEA and many other hormones. These hormones are vital  for energy production,  muscle function in reducing inflammation, improving immunity and more.

Lastly he also helps to balance hormones, progesterone, estrogen and testosterone because hormones play a significant role, also immunity and the Krebs cycle he was talking about earlier.

He is very proud of the work he does on improving immunity. they are one of the few clinics in the country that works with natural killer cell function and if that is low they are able to prescribe natural treatments that will increase killer cell production in some patients to as much as 100 to 200%. Natural killer cells are responsible for helping you to control chronic viral illness, bacterial illness that are developing every day. So having the natural killer cell function is vital but you won’t know that if it is not evaluated.

Those are just some of the exciting things that are happening in 2013. Everyone is a unique individual.

There is no one herb that anyone can give you to cure you all.

Never give up. Even if you were told there is no treatment for Epstein-Barr or any other viruses but don’t give up there are a tremendous amount and they’ve seen it in over tens of thousands of patients.

This is where medicine comes in. When you know there is a specific virus or bacteria then you can treat it with the proper medications on a short-term basis opposed to throwing pills at it for years hoping something works. You are unique, don’t be treated like the herd!

My new book goes into food for it’s medicinal properties. It will be released soon!

Probiotics can give you benefits for your emotions and gut inflammation.

Did you know that probiotics change brain activity and emotional response?

Oppenheimer Family Center for Neurobiology of Stress, a division of digestive diseases found that a four week
intake of fermented milk products by healthy women affected activity of brain regions that control central processing of emotion and sensation.

For those of you who can’t or don’t want to consume milk you can take a probiotic supplement.

It is extremely interesting that we can help our emotions with food.

Probiotics have also been found to help with gut inflammation such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Manipulation of gut microbiota composition and the production of microbial-derived metabolites by using prebiotics, probiotics and dietary fibers is being explored as a promising avenue of prophylactic and therapeutic intervention against gut inflammation.

Prebiotics and fiber carbohydrates are fermented by resident microflora into short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in the colon. SCFAs then activate peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)?, a nuclear transcription factor with widely demonstrated anti-inflammatory efficacy in experimental IBD.

The activation of PPAR? by naturally ocurring compounds such as conjugated linoleic acid, pomegranate seed oil-derived punicic acid, eleostearic acid and abscisic acid has been explored as nutritional interventions that suppress colitis by directly modulating the host immune response.

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia could be one of the most misunderstood conditions which can add more health problems.

You can be treated with multiple medications to see if one might help. To me it is like putting a blindfold on with a room full of people, spinning you around and throw darts blindly to see if you can hit the dartboard.

I am just wondering how you can medicate something no one understands? How do we know if we aren’t making things worse?

I have been there, tried it all. You can take medication until your hair falls out but it won’t “cure” your Fibromyalgia. If it did, after all these years, all the drug trials, wouldn’t we be hearing about it on the news and wouldn’t we all be cured?

What you will find within this website is hope. I work on finding what will harm you so you can avoid it, what will help heal your body so you can work on improving your immunity and what news you need to be informed on so you can make your own informed choices.

A lot of it is probably considered controversial, I say it is just put on the back burner because big pharma can’t profit off of it. If they have used herbal treatments for thousands of years successfully, it’s good enough for me, I don’t need scientific proof. If I am hearing people are being healed of cancer, diabetes and many other diseases, it’s proof enough for me.

I have tried many medications and all of them have given me side effects. I have tried many, many herbs and never had any side effects. I am not telling you to quit your pills and take up herbs. It is all your own choice but if you have been through the pills and it didn’t work, you might want to follow
this website.

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

The FDA – Do they really have your best interest at heart?

I was just reading from the Health Ranger that they have shut down yet another
natural healer, I went to the FDA’s website to check things out. Upon the last       paragraph that I read:

FDA, an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

  • protects the public health by assuring the safety, effectiveness and security of

  • human and veterinary drugs

  • vaccines and other biological products for human use

  • medical devices.

  • FDA also is responsible for the safety and security of our

  • nation’s food supply

  • cosmetics

  • dietary supplements

  • products that give off electronic radiation

  • regulating tobacco products.

I am in awe of this statement when in fact they allow all kinds of products on the      shelves that will indeed harm us. They even block out products that help heal and         even fight cancer and herbs and natural medicines that have been healing people for thousands of years because they can’t profit from them.

There are no regulations on cleaning products or personal care products and they            are filled with many toxic chemicals that can indeed harm you. They allow chemicals, preservatives, dyes, aspartame, msg, and genetically modified chemicals into your         food chain without your knowledge. They allow mercury in vaccines and all kinds               of drugs onto the market that are later pulled off because of severe side effects or        death. They allow them there to begin with, then they play the hero of pulling them          off the shelf to protect us when they find out they cause harm to humans? Vicious         little circle.

I include everything on my website that I want to keep in my collection. These             videos show the other side of the FDA and the Drug Companies they don’t want               you to know about. Proof that they are causing harm to humans. We have been               kept in the dark too long and I believe we are putting our trust in the devil. You                  be the judge and make your own informed decisions:

NATURAL PAIN REMEDY FOR FIBROMYALGIA

I found a natural pain killing formula for Fibromyalgia from Tony the herbalist.
Finally something that takes pain away and all from your kitchen. It isn’t going
to taste very good but the healing properties and no side effects make it worth
trying. You can make a choice of years of pain killers that cause liver and
stomach  problems.

This formula is for those with Fibromyalgia, restless leg, sore feet and body aches
and pains.

I wrote out Tony Pantalleresco recipe, it is all approximate and he said you can tweak
it to your taste:

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp Hungarian hot paprika

White of palmetto or lemon or grapefruit or oranges (bioflavinoids), he used dried palmetto

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 to 1 quart of distilled water (I use reverse osmosis)

Blend together, then add

About 1/2 fresh pineapple

****He cautions for those who are on blood thinners to not combine with with their warfarin or pills
but to take them 4 hours apart.

I am a long time lover of herbs and have used them for years. I am going to try this recipe to see if
it helps with my Fibromyalgia, sciatica and hip pain. I have read on many occasions that turmeric is very medicinal. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for years.

If you don’t like drinking the drink I found a recipe that you can put on externally that will
help with pain. It is probably like those hot pepper creams that the doctor prescribes.

Pain

Mix:

1 tsp of turmeric

2 tsp of ginger with water to make a paste

Spread over a cloth, place on affected area and bandage.

You can also add 1 tsp of turmeric to 1 cup of warm milk and drink before bed.

Turmeric has all kinds of healing properties. It is an alternative, analgesic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-allergic, antioxicant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, appetizer, astringent, cardiovascular, carminative, cholagogue, digestive, diuretic, stimulant and vulnerary. Isn’t that incredible from one little herb?:

  •  Detoxifies the liver

  •  Balances cholesterol levels

  •  Fights allergies

  •  Stimulates digestion

  •  Boosts immunity

  •  Enhances the complexion

Many other uses and remedies, check it out!

Neck Pain & Fibromyalgia

If you have ever had neck pain in your life then you might relate to how someone who has Fibromyalgia who suffers with chronic neck pain. It has to be the worst thing to suffer with on a constant daily basis. Like a daily tooth ache.

What I have found that helps tremendously:

– keep good posture

– be aware of how you are holding your neck

  – when you are driving, is your neck in a constant forward position?

  – when you are on the computer, is your neck in a constant forward position?

  – when you are standing or sitting, are you holding it in a good position?

  – when you are sitting on the couch is your neck tilted?

– keep it strong with strengthening exercises

– sleep with a pillow tied in the middle and prop it up with a thin pillow underneath. This will help keep it in a good position and will help the stress on your shoulders if you suffer shoulder pain as well

– ice will help soothe some pain away

– stress, physical or mental stress will show up in the neck. Try to avoid stress
if at all possible.

– bath with Epsom salts or herbal tinctures or bath bags

– massage and chiropractors can help relieve some neck pain

– rest, if you don’t sleep enough it can show up as more neck pain

– get up and move around, exercise, roll your shoulders or get walking if you lead a sedentary life. Sitting on the couch is the worse thing you can do for chronic pain of any sort but especially neck and back pain.

– pain creams help a lot

– swimming and hot tubs can help loosen muscles and help you move easier in the
water

Being aware of what you are doing and how you are holding your neck sounds simple but it really makes a difference.

Chronic Pain Relief

There is so much advice out there about chronic pain but what really works?

Sufferers are so mislead by the media because there is such a big profit opportunity from people who are desperate to end their pain.

– Drug companies advertise on tv that their pill is the secret to living a great life as they list off their side effects that take up half the commercial time.

– Tylenol companies advertise that their pain pills “get you back to normal”.

Is that what the world has come to? We are normal if we are drugged up on prescription medications and pain meds?

We are so desperate to find relief we try this and that only to find that it isn’t
really working.

We have to put up with side effects such as:

– weight gain, head aches, stomach pain, swelling, constipation, diarrhea, decreased sexual desire or ability, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, increased sweating, loss of appetite, increased appetite, sore throat, tiredness, trouble sleeping, vomiting, weakness.

Then there are the more severe symptoms of:

– severe allergic reactions such as  rash, hives, itching, difficulty breathing,
tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips or tongue, unusual
hoarseness, bizarre behaviour, bloody or black tarry stools, blurred vision,
confusion, dark urine, decreased concentration, decreased coordination,
fainting, fast or irregular heartbeat, fever or chills, hallucinations, memory
loss, mouth sores or ulcers, new or worsening mental or mood changes eg.
aggressiveness, agitation, anxiety, depression, hostility, impulsiveness,
irritability, panic attacks, restlessness, pale stools, red swollen, blistered
or peeling skin, ringing in the ears, seizures, severe or persistent dizziness
or headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tiredness, weakness, trouble sleeping, sluggishness, stiff muscles, stomach pain, suicidal thoughts or attempts, tremors, trouble urinating, unusual bruising or bleeding, unusual weakness, vomitting that looks like coffee grounds, yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Then we have the unfortunate who experience

– heart attacks, strokes, kidney damage, liver damage, successful suicides, anaphylaxis shock and even death.

That is quite a list isn’t it? And all from these drugs that are going to help with your pain and change your life as you know it. Helping you with your pain. That list came mostly from the Cymbalta side effects list, one of the drugs of choice for Fibromyalgia.

I looked to the medical system for years and I experienced a long list of the above and a near death situation. If I didn’t have such a big will to live I wouldn’t be here. Well believe me, if you keep taking pills year after year you WILL develop stomach problems along with a wide array of new symptoms. It seems like you keep adding illnesses to your list of conditions and they keep adding pills for the symptoms which mostly come from the pills. It is like a domino effect that keeps you falling the wrong way, into a chronic pain syndrome instead of out of pain, you become weakened and more dependant on everyone.

There is another way and I am finding my way out of the deep dark hole of our current medical system that didn’t work for me. It was weakening my body to a point that I didn’t find much reason for living. Nothing worked, pills had me to a point that I couldn’t eat anything because it caused so much internal pain, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t wake up, I was in a permanent brain fog and on and on. There was only one way to describe it, MISERY. I went for help and ended up getting more symptoms, more pain, more disbelief from sceptic doctors, more frustration and a lot of pills.

Now today is different. I am still in pain but I have learned how to deal with my it on such a positive level. My stomach is so much better, I have less symptoms, I can sleep better, the brain fog is gone, I know my triggers, I know how to deal with each symptom, I know when and what contributes to my pain and I feel alive instead of near death. That alone is worth it’s weight and gold. Before I dreaded living the rest of my life in the state I was in, now I feel there is a light and I am looking forward to being pain free one day. I look forward to having grandchildren one day and being able to be with them instead of them sitting in my wheelchair with me or lying in my death bed.

Welcome to Natural Pain Relief For Fibromyalgia

There are a lot of people with Fibromyalgia suffering with stomach pain . There are several reasons for the pain and you should investigate them all until you come up with an answer to your pain. We are all different and there is no one cure all for everyone.

1. Diet

a) Lactose intolerant – milk can cause a wide array of problems from diarrhea,
stomach aches, mucous, breathing problems see articles below. Dairy is a protein
and contains casein. Cheese and milk chocolate can be constipating which can cause
a lot of colon and intestinal pain.

2. Endometriosis can cause a lot of lower abdominal pain as well as Fibromyalgia.
This video I was watching shows a connection that Endometriosis could be
connected to getting a blow to the stomach.

When I was about 10, I was a pitcher on our baseball team and I took a line drive right to the stomach. Boy, it took my breath away especially being about 60 lbs. I
always had a pain in my lower abdomen after that especially when I was running.
I eventually lost my ovary due to a cyst and then suffered with endometriosis.
Could there be a connection?

This is a great article on Endometriosis causing Fibromyalgia and how dioxins in food can cause pain and even cancer. A must read for anyone suffering with
Fibromyalgia, endometriosis or cancer:

3. Chronic abdominal pain
has to be evaluated to rule out anything serious. It could be referred pain from
another organ such as liver, colon, stomach, small and large intestines, gall
bladder, pancreas or kidneys. If you have ruled out any serious cause and it is
diagnosed a part of your Fibromyalgia you need to take a serious look at your
diet. The thing you crave most is usually the culprit. Things you say you
couldn’t live without, well, you could live longer or with less pain if you take
them out of your diet.

The best place to start is
with water. When you wake up in the morning, drink two glasses of water to help
clean your colon out. If you have plugged up plumbing, how can you possibly have
a good day carrying around all that extra baggage? It only leads to long term
problems like diverticulitis, polyps or even cancer. I believe it causes
exhaustion and stomach problems at least.

Live whole food such as
fruits and vegetables can help you digest your food better. The average diet is
lacking in digestive enzymes since we McDonaldized out food.

If you suffer from stomach
aches, take out the preservatives, dyes, chemicals and genetically modified food
out of your diet and add healing foods, you’ll be glad you did.
